When I was younger….you could always catch me in a book. I loved reading and I loved words just as much as I loved medicine. On my “laser focused” path to becoming a physician, writing became my well-taken care of mistress. From playwriting to becoming a magazine editor with my own column...it was in my blood.

In my medical school personal statement, I remember writing about the perfect melody and harmony that the blend of medicine and the arts brings. Like many physicians, I became disenchanted with the “new way” of doing medicine that involved a very depressing cycle or work all day...chart all night...repeat! I was so busy that I neglected everything I loved and needed for happiness...including writing.

Now, I’ve reclaimed my time. I spent years studying the art of copywriting and successfully blended that training with my innate gift of storytelling and creative writing...the perfect blend. I still practice clinical medicine part-time because I love it but I equally love helping doctors and medical professionals like you that are building a business to have exponential growth and success through copy that communicates your brand message, in your voice, from the heart.
